The website ideasolved.com is operated by IdeaSolved, an applied AI and software engineering studio headquartered in Richmond, British Columbia (“IdeaSolved”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.

The site describes our services and lets you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter and try the AI blueprint. Its content is general information. It may change, and we may suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services. Any engagement with IdeaSolved is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over anything on the site.

The AI blueprint is a free tool that uses AI models to draft a possible approach to a business problem you describe. By using it, you understand that:

• its output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• it is for information only and is not professional, legal, financial, technical, security or compliance advice;
• it is not a quote, proposal, estimate or commitment from IdeaSolved. Timelines, approaches and systems it mentions are illustrative;
• you are responsible for any decision you make based on it, and should check it with qualified people before relying on it;
• usage is limited per visitor, and we may change, limit or withdraw the tool at any time.

Do not enter confidential business information, trade secrets, sensitive personal information or information about other people. Your conversation and the plan are stored and processed as described in our privacy policy, including by third-party AI providers.

When using the site, including the AI blueprint, you agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• use bots, scripts or scrapers to query the AI blueprint, or try to get around its usage limits;
• try to make the AI reveal its instructions, produce unlawful, harmful or misleading content, or speak as if it were IdeaSolved making commitments;
• probe, scan or test the security of the site, or interfere with its operation, without our written permission;
• upload malicious code, send spam, or submit information you have no right to share;
• misrepresent who you are or your affiliation with an organization;
• use the site or its output to build or train a competing AI tool.

We may block access or delete content that breaks these rules. If you have found a security issue, please report it to us through the contact page instead of testing further.

When you submit a form or use the AI blueprint, you confirm that you have the right to share that information, and you allow us to use it to respond to you, operate and improve the site, as described in our privacy policy.

Submitting information through the site does not create a confidentiality obligation. Please do not send confidential information until we have signed a non-disclosure agreement. If you send us feedback or ideas about the site, we may use them without obligation to you.

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, images, code and the IdeaSolved name and logo, belong to IdeaSolved or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. Any other use, such as copying, republishing or creating derivative works, requires our written permission.

We claim no ownership of what you type into the AI blueprint. You may use the plan it generates for your internal business purposes. Because the output is generated automatically, similar output may be produced for other users, and we do not guarantee that it is free of third-party rights.

The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

The site and the AI blueprint are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, IdeaSolved will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the AI blueprint, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CA$100).

Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including consumer protection law in your province.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify IdeaSolved against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms, subject to any right you have under the law of your province that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.

These terms are available in English and French. Both versions are equally authoritative.
